"Salmon tartar", a homemade preparation with braised carrots and seaweed, served with seasonal picked salads with roasted sesame seeds and a mild miso vinaigrette - the starter is vegan

Fresh, vegan cream soup of roasted cauliflower and celeriac, garnished with Provencal croutons

Dal curry of three kinds of lentils, rice, tempura veggies and papadum

Coconut-jasmine pannacotta with raspberry sauce
