Our chéf is a master of his trade and has many years experience preparing fine cuisine. His creations are truly worth seeing although they remain hidden from your view. All products are bought fresh each day from market and are prepared when ordered. You have the choice between fish, poultry, lamb, veal or a vegetarian main course. There is even a surpise main course available. Each is part of a 3 or 4-course menu including an appetizer, soup and dessert. The prices vary from EUR 39,50 to 59,50.

All meals are prepared so that they can be enjoyed in total darkness. Nothing needs to be cut and the fish is served without bones. You will use regular silverware – and be amazed how quickly you are able to navigate your way around the plate.
